If I could give -10 stars, I would. The lady working there refused to give us our self-service documents, claiming they're not allowed to make copies of legal documents. What?! That's precisely why we use self-service. No law prohibits printing your own legal documents. And she loudly declared it "ILLEGAL" multiple times. Why the drama? Worst service ever!
They don't take your box even after you have shipping label. I was trying to drop off and the lady says like I saidcthis is not a fedex drop off. Lol...then what is this. My employer gave me a shipping label and a link which gave me confirmation to drop off any FedEx location so I came here but employee say she needs qr code or I need to go to proper FedEx store so this store is not proper or what
