Mad because I was told I could insure my package for $1,000.00 Was told NO AT THE ACTUAL FEDEX LOCATION I SENT IT FROM… they said only $500.00 of insurance/ no option to pay more for more coverage- VERY POOR….NOT HAPPY.
I Googled, "Navigate to FedEx store near me". Google Maps took me to a CVS Pharmacy. It wasted about 15 minutes. I believe you can drop off 'labeled FedEx packages' here, but they don't provide any other services normally found in a FedEx Store. Perhaps I should have Googled 'FedEx Office', but I thought they dropped that name a while back.
