I hate fedex they do not follow their instructions. I have called them numerous times to deliver to my back door and all they wanna do is argue with you. It is stated on my account in the fedex delivery area that it is mandatory deliver to my back door and they will not do it. So now I am calling Michele Ehrhart. One of the vice presidents I have had enough. If they can't do the job right they should be fired!!!
Running a little later on FedEx delivery. It was a couple days late. But I realize things happen.
This is the worst company EVER! I ordered a gift for my brother's 50th birthday last Friday and I didn't get it! And now it's Monday and I still don't have it!? I missed my brother's birthday party waiting around for it and they still won't tell me when my package will be delivered! If you're having a package delivered, don't use Fedex!! If I could give them no stars at all I would!!
This company does not honor its advertised policy that if your shipment arrives late they give a refund. They do not care if they promise you a date and they do not deliver in time. They continue to advertise that deliveries are guaranteed or your money back. They give no money back for late deliveries.
