A person who identified themselves as a manager refused to give me their name. Another employee told me that his name was Danny. I went to use the FedEx drop off service and he refused to let me use some Scotch tape behind the counter to secure my package. I was asking for one small piece so that I could fix the label to the front. Absolutely horrible customer service.
