Rushed out of the house and came straight here because I got a last minute notification that I needed a (one page) document printed before 7am the following morning. Got there 20 mins before closing time and was told they can’t print anything because it’s almost closing time and they’ve already turned off the computer. Truly ridiculous.

I really liked that they have a self serve scanner. You just scan your prepaid label, and it will print you a receipt and then leave your packaged item on the counter. You're done. Quick, easy, and simple. Great job FedEx.

Fedex use to be good if i can give -5 star i would i have been having so many issues packages getting lost like 4 tikes the same package . they say the attempt to make a delivery when no one ever comes home to deliver. Its not 1st time its been happening so much i wish i can just ask the sender not to use fedex for us anymore.

I've used the drop-off service here twice. It's located in the photo department, and both times there was no one in the department so I had to track down an employee who could call someone to help me, and there was a lengthy (10 minutes or so) wait. Both times I dropped off my package before noon, but the first time my package wasn't sent out until late afternoon the next day, and the second drop off didn't go out until two days later
