Are you even a real business? The worst carrier in the world as you will give me delivery dates AND times that are NEVER right. My package has been “sheduled for delivery today” for a whole WEEK. You told me my package would be here by 8 pm today 1/10 over the phone and it is NOT. Terrible service and you will LIE in order to get someone to be quiet.
Avoid doing business with this company, they are so unprofessional so bad, take note avoid doing business with horrible company

The phone system is impossible to use. They do not have a category to ask questions about fed ex onsite, and the automated system they use is awful at understanding what you're saying, and the automated system will not connect you to an operator.
