Refused to ship my item unless I bought the package bag. I’ve shipped out there a dozen times with them supplying the bag. The woman was very rude.

This is more on FedEx itself than the location. Had to return some tires but apparently they don’t accept automotive parts at said location. Drove 40 minutes for nothing, and lost $200 on the return.
