I had a very unpleasant experience with FedEx recently. After a package was marked as delivered, I never received it. I contacted FedEx to report the issue, but instead of receiving help, I encountered rudeness. A young lady from the actual Decatur FedEx location repeatedly called my phone, and when I finally answered, she was very aggressive. She accused me of falsely reporting the package as lost or stolen and rudely informed me that FedEx would no longer deliver to my home. Her behavior was unprofessional and upsetting. F... read more
The ladies in the front area of this location were both friendly and personable. Truly care about their work and customers. Loved my first visit there.
