I'll never use FedEx again. They lost a box for almost 2 weeks and insisted that had been delivered. Every conversation to their call center was overseas with young women who could barely speak English. It finally got resolved when I was able to find a local number in spoke directly to an American at one of their distribution centers. Never again FedEx! bye-bye
