It seems the employee that runs the store does not wish to help. We have been to this location numerous times and she always has an attitude. If you can avoid using this location, use one of the other shipping services in town.
FedEx interim progress reports on shipments in route are frequent but often misleading, e.g., falsely optimistic. Especially frustrating is the company’s lack of a means of providing a way (e.g., phone numbers) of communicating with shipping staff while a shipment is in route. I’m a retired US military logistician with many years of hands-on experience. This is a critical Achilles heel. On future shipments I will first seek other shippers to compare track records and availability of in route communications.
