To start off, as we walk into walgreens, where FedEx is located. We go to the desk and the gentleman standing there didn't greet us, a hello would've been nice. What we got was, whadaya need? As my friend started explaining what we needed the gentleman cut them off three times without listening. He asked if we were picking up and my friend was like, no sir, I was telling that I need to drop off and ship. the driver employees really suck at there jobs, always sending packages to wrong address or saying buyer didn't want package when they didn't even come to the house. most of the time feels like they are stealing the packages. when reported the company basically says not there problems. they need to start having dashcams for the driver so that they will stop pocketing packages.

Waited about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence. All I needed to do was drop off a FedEx package. Finally a young girl came from the back and was a real go getter, unlike the others, and she got them caught up fast. Hope they value the difference she makes
