I sent a package to my Daughter which got delivered to the wrong address we notified FedEx and they did nothing! Were suppose to call us back never did! Guess you can’t trust them to get your package there for Christmas! So if your package goes to 1713 18th Ave in Moline, IL by accident don’t plan on getting it back as they can’t be honest enough to return it! Over 50% of the time they have delivered my packages to the wrong address. On three occasions they left them in my driveway in the rain and snow. I have complained each time to customer service and nothing has changed. Unfortunately, some Businesses only use Fed Ex.. I've never had issues with other carriers
