Excellent customer service. Shalasia was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. She came to the counter to help me return my printer, scanned my QR code, and made the entire process quick and easy. When I realized I had missed one of the labels, she immediately said she would take care of it. She went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated her kindness. Thank you, Shalasia, for your outstanding customer service!

Was trying to use this site to drop off my MacBook for Apple trade-in. But clearly they don’t know how it works. Despite that the instruction clearly says the device should be left for the Apple’s shipping partner to package up, the lady simply refused to take the device, claiming she only accepts packaged stuff. She was also a bit arrogant, cutting me off and providing no reason for why she wouldn’t follow the instruction of the trade-in program - as if she just could.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to the Apple-designated FedEx drop-off location for my trade-in and had an extremely disappointing experience. The employee was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. He immediately said they do not help with packaging, even though Apple’s trade-in email clearly states that the FedEx partner location would assist with packaging the device.
