Very poor customer service from Ryan and Na. Falsely claimed my package was over 50lbs (it was 42lbs). Said they did not have a scale to confirm but still refused to take it. Rude and unprofessional. They do not want to do their jobs.
Dropped off a package for FedEx today and I was able to immediately get it scanned by the store associate. Easy and quick. Received a text while at the counter from FedEx confirming the package drop off details. Whatever issues they might have had in the past have been clearly resolved and improved.
For whatever reason I wasn't able to deliver my package due to a printer error
