Terrible service
I want to give them 0 star but i had to give one so i can write review.. so i went to this store to return my Amazon package and in manhattan we can give only item and return QR label that’s it, but here when i ask one employee that i want to return she said bring box so i went back and bring that box after that other employee asked me to tape that box , and i was getting late for my work and they were so rude and unprofessional… this store not only fedex they have pharma and other stuff too. I will never buy from this store... read more

This location is very convenient because they can print labels for you now.;（Sep 2025) If you have a QR code but no label, you can just come here. There’s a tall white guy with glasses who works here and he’s super friendly and helpful.
