我在5月25日花799.14元，在eBay买了一台二手iphone 17，FedEx追踪单号是381580460032。我填写了完整的收件地址，包括手机号码、门牌号（11G03）、公司名字、收件人（YU CHEN）。2026年5月29日，物流资讯显示包裹已送达，FedEx的签收记录显示签收人为“L.Lo”。但是，“L.Lo”根本不是我的名字，也不是我的手动签名，事实上我根本没有收到快递。我们公司加上老板只有3个人，平时只有我和另一位员工在办公室。我们三个人都不叫“L.Lo”，我们都没有签过名。事实上包裹显示送达前后的那几天，我本人一直在公司，但是没有任何快递员找我签字，也没有人给我打过电话，没人给我发过短信。之后我在BBB、GoogleMap等多处投诉均无果。如果FedEx、Ebay认为我说谎，我等着他们找我做笔迹鉴定。我月收入只有3000元，扣掉房租和生活费，根本剩不下几个钱。我的生活过得很艰难，希望能获取大家的帮助。

I came here shortly after midnight on May 6th to ship a FedEx package, and the two male employees working at the time had a very bad attitude. They were impatient throughout the entire interaction, communicated rudely, and were unwilling to properly help customers with shipping services. I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location on May 6th shortly after midnight. The two male employees working at that time had a very rude and unprofessional attitude. They were unwilling to help, spoke disrespectfully, and appeared to intentionally refuse to process my package without providing a clear explanation. Their behavior made the entire experience extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. No fedex drop off but using fedex as shipping carrier. What a shame.
