Unclear for no reason. Inside the Acme at the customer service desk. FedEx should make this more clear. Package must already be boxed and labeled.
WiFi sucks
Inept and rude employees. I was told I had to purchase a FedEx box to ship with them (which I did) and there was no need to fill out any paperwork (they would do it for me). When I returned with the box, was told they had to open it to check the contents. When I asked how much it would be to ship (to Europe), the amount started at over $ 500.
