Came in with the paperwork we were provided with and were met with a blank stare smile because the employee couldn’t figure out to put the lighter sticker on the lighter package and the heavier sticker on the heavier package and wanted us to resolve the issue for her. Glad another employee was present to explain and help send off our package. Should have more resourceful staff on the floor that doesn’t need to be hand held throughout the return process
Excellent service overall period
I literally never get my packages when they're delivered by FedEx. If it says Fedex shipping, I just instantly know I'm not getting it. Last delivery was a crib, and the proof photo wasn't even my house, nor was it a house near me.
This was only a drop box. You must have your package ready to be mailed. I didn’t needed a label printed and felt like they were not helpful. All that was said was I could only use drop box if package was ready
