The check in lady at FedEx in Lake Zurich on route 22 kept asking what was in my package. I finally answered a returned phone. Guess what? The Phone never made it to Samsung in Texas. The box Samsung claims was empty. Apparently I'm out over 1200 dollars. Either the Lake Zurich FedEx store employee stole the phone or one of their drivers. Try another vendor.
