Trying to talk to somebody at fedex. Impossible
Similar to a previous reviewer, I had no problem bringing in larger boxes before, but suddenly a case with built in wheels (half the size of my last package) was suddenly far too "bulky" and heavy (there's a handle and wheels, a child could easily move it). I was given a maximum measurement before that I kept under each time, but it seems like they make up their own rules on the fly. Better to just go to brand street.
