I absolutely hate fedex this twice now I have went out of my way to print and sign a door tag all for them to still not leave my package at my door. Will never consider using them for my personal shipments!!!!
So easy
Package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday but delayed to inclement weather, no big deal. Call on Thursday for an update and was told the Wednesday packages had been removed from the truck so they could deliver Thursday and Friday packages on time. Asked if we could pick up from the warehouse and was given the run around. It's Saturday now and they are saying they are returning the package to sender because it's "undeliverable" even though they haven't even tried to deliver my package.
