Same ol' problem ongoing for 3 weeks. Never able to speak directly to a supervisor OR get resolution. Trespassing is illegal...even for FEDX so....guess I'll go the legal route.
Update: They delivered to the wrong address. Now i most likely will never get the things that i paid for but hey, good job to walmart and fedex for being petty with my package. I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my package delivery and the repeated lack of assistance I have received from FedEx customer service.
