I had a package that wasn't delivered for unknown reasons and there was no option for me to pickup. I made multiple calls to Fedex to resolve. I was told each time they corrected the error and would attempt to redeliver. They never did. I eventually received a call saying they destroyed the package. Ridiculous
I had to go to this site to do a return. This is something I don't do regularly, so I felt at a loss as to what to do. The woman who was working on this day - sorry I don't remember her name, was an absolute jewel. She knew what steps to take and didn't make me feel bad about not understanding how the return would work in this case.
