Been waiting on a rather expensive delivery that was supposed to be here 7 days ago. Keeps saying they attempted delivery (this package requires no signature) and returning it every day. There is ALWAYS someone at my home and they have not once even attempted to deliver. I've called customer service 3 times, they've told me they rectified the problem and I'd be getting it the next day ... Spoiler alert, I still haven't got it. Dropped off an expensive package on the sidewalk instead of the door so it got stolen. Fully blame FedEx for this.

Strongly displeased with services and deliveries. They don't ring your doorbell and they are not making efforts to efficiently deliver what they are assigned to perform. I have been struggling with customer service because they are not allowing me to redirect a package to a drop-off location up the street from me. The app also does not feature appropriate alarms to notify you of their arrival, nor does it allow you to redirect your packages anywhere else. I do not recommend this delivery agency.
