Dropped off an expensive package on the sidewalk instead of the door so it got stolen. Fully blame FedEx for this.
Strongly displeased with services and deliveries. They don't ring your doorbell and they are not making efforts to efficiently deliver what they are assigned to perform. I have been struggling with customer service because they are not allowing me to redirect a package to a drop-off location up the street from me. The app also does not feature appropriate alarms to notify you of their arrival, nor does it allow you to redirect your packages anywhere else. I do not recommend this delivery agency.
There's a lot of rude employees.
