Lied about delivery times two days in a row (was supposed to be between 10am and 2pm, didn’t show up until 7:06pm after business hours). We must have had 5-6 phone calls with them trying to track this package down today. They said the driver should be calling us, they never did. We stayed 2 hours late after work hours waiting for this package today just for them to pull in and out without even attempting a delivery and then said no one was there, straight up lie. Been waiting on a rather expensive delivery that was supposed to be here 7 days ago. Keeps saying they attempted delivery (this package requires no signature) and returning it every day. There is ALWAYS someone at my home and they have not once even attempted to deliver. I've called customer service 3 times, they've told me they rectified the problem and I'd be getting it the next day ... Spoiler alert, I still haven't got it. Dropped off an expensive package on the sidewalk instead of the door so it got stolen. Fully blame FedEx for this.
