FedEx's robot customer service was negative zero stars - useless & irritating as heck. The fed ex drop-off at Dollar General on Mulberry St was MUCH better. Print out your label and have it all ready to go. If you do all that, they will accept it.
Your robot was useless & extremely irritating. Horrible! Never got a rep and never got my question addressed.
