customer service was great and super fast
I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. The GM of this location (Morgan) refused my FedEx package that was 100% within the weight and dimensions required for drop off at these sites. I ship over 100 packages every week and this is the first time someone has behaved this way or refused one of my packages. She incorrectly told me she couldn't accept any packages over 2ftx2ft, then when she read her own sign with the correct requirement she said they couldn't take it because she couldn't find anything to measure it.
