Very quick in-store service with tracking details in msg. Loved it.
Delivered my new phone to god knows where. Refused to tell me even what address it was supposed to be sent to. Package was never delivered to me. Just completely missing. FedEx says they delivered it (basically threw it into a ditch according to the picture). Now the phone company won't reimburse me because FedEx says they delivered it. FedEx Ground has completely failed me. They kept changing my delivery date over and over without any proper explanation. Because of one package, I’ve had to reschedule my service appointments multiple times. I planned everything around this delivery — and now I’m left suffering, wasting my time, money, and energy.
