Friendly helpful associates on scene
I have spoke with FedEx customer service 4 times in the last month. They keep delivering my packages to my polebarn instead of on my front porch . I have a tear in my shoulder and my hip and cannot carry packages that far from my house. They have ruined some food delivery packages by leaving them out in the rain or the sun by putting them by my pole barn . Thankfully, I am reimbursed by the company we go through, but the fact that when our stuff is ruined we now have to plan dinner for the next 4 days that was not anticipate... read more
