This fedex location only accepts if you have a qr code or have the shipping label already made. It's a pretty useless location. Ther person was nice, but you.could tell she's turned countless people away for Fedexs stupidity

What is the point of this location? Closest store is in the springs went to UPS instead gonna keep going to UPS instead so should you

@FedEx So we live in a normal neighborhood, in a house and were just told by a rude woman on the phone, we have to leave explicate instructions to the delivery person to deliver stuff to our door and NOT leave it at the bottom of the driveway leaning against the trash can where it gets taken away by the trash pickup. They leave it at the bottom of our driveway EVERY FREAKING TIME. Also, there were instructions to leave out on the porch already in place. This is literally what the job is. Delivery. This place is USELESS! BTW, it's a branch office IN Walgreens. Be warned, you will be very frustrated. The people know NOTHING, and can't communicate to save their lives. If they "can't" do what you need, be sure to ask specifically what they need from you to accomplish your ends. The nearest actual FEDEX is on Garden of the Gods rd. In Colo Springs.

FedEx has become so blatantly pathetic that I will no longer shop with any retailer that uses them! Anytime that anyone ships anything with FedEx it is at least four days late and damaged half of the time! And that is provided that it even gets delivered! In 2023 out of 14 deliveries from Sam's club, NONE were even close to on time. And SIX were either lost or returned to sender. Out of the other eight, seven were damaged or ruined due to melting/freezing etc. so I received one viable order out of 14! Yeah I'm done with FedE... read more
