The service was quick and I got done what I needed to do
FedEx misdelivered one of my packages. It happens a lot with my address because there's a nearly identical address south of us. Only 1 letter difference in the street name. FedEx's system for correcting this is horrendous. I called their phone 15 times saying different things to the automated system, trying to get it to a person rather than it hangup on me.
