The service was quick and I got done what I needed to do
FedEx misdelivered one of my packages. It happens a lot with my address because there's a nearly identical address south of us. Only 1 letter difference in the street name. FedEx's system for correcting this is horrendous. I called their phone 15 times saying different things to the automated system, trying to get it to a person rather than it hangup on me. Manager claims they cannot print or re-print FedEx labels. Don't take your eBay items or online returns here with the expectations that you'll be helped. Unless you own a printer and have a label attached to your parcel in advance they will not accept it.
