Their were some issues at 1st. The 1st staff member seemed unconcerned then someone with more experience and maybe leadership, stepped in and took care of the issue. I like that they were persistent in getting the job done.
Picked up unwanted supplies
Called the number listed and the answering machine wouldn't let me speak to a representative without knowing what my question was about but everytime I tried to explain my question it said "sorry I didn't catch that" until I got so frustrated I hung up. Fedex could hire real human beings to answer the phone but why would they when a robot is cheaper even if it doesn't work...
