The girl working the counter was super helpful. The company that I was returning with didn’t send me a QR code, they sent me a label that needed to be printed. She helped me problem solve so that I could get my return done. I also needed packing tape and they were able to provide it to me free of charge which a lot of places will ask you to pay for a roll - and she put the tape and return label on the box for me. It’s a full service location.
