System need improvement to communicate better with customers many loopholes. We call they answer but they cannot give solutions or they don't have authority to bring your claim to a human who can understand. Shame I didn't think of Fedex like this before. I loved their service but when you fail in responding cleverly we feel system is broken. An item was not delivered on time I retrieved it back and their system put delivered. Stupid can your system figured that the sender who took it back. Very bad

Located inside the building in the picture department. NOTE that ground shipping is picked up in the morning by 10 am. Otherwise, it won't go out until the next day.

Great customer service from a gentleman with white hair possibly the manager. I’ll have to get his name but he’s helped me every time and always has a great attitude , he’s friendly ,professional and offers great customer service. I would’ve given five stars. However, there’s a young African-American lady that works there that was very rude to a Hispanic customer. He spoke broken English, but good enough to communicate what he needed.
