Quick easy professional
FedEx driver just went around me(stopped at an intersection) and blew through when cross traffic was still going and almost caused a huge accident. YIKES.
System need improvement to communicate better with customers many loopholes. We call they answer but they cannot give solutions or they don't have authority to bring your claim to a human who can understand. Shame I didn't think of Fedex like this before. I loved their service but when you fail in responding cleverly we feel system is broken. An item was not delivered on time I retrieved it back and their system put delivered. Stupid can your system figured that the sender who took it back. Very bad
