I had to return something to FedEx and I had a little trouble dragging it into the Walgreens store and taking it to the back to hand it over to the gentleman working there. He was fine scanned it gave me a receipt and everything was done in under 5 minutes
Horrible Customer Service!!! I Walked into drop off a package and Alex chose not to greet me properly with a simple HELLO!! He jumped into asking me if I was dropping off my package and as I was saying Hello to Alex multiple times he chose Not to say Hello back! Very distasteful Service! I will not be returning nor recommend this location to anyone!
Worst Fedex Location!!!! Do not use this location. They forget your parcel..and lose at times. Last time I talked with the manager and he said that the employee forgot to pickup my parcel by mistake. Then I asked him not to send the parcel and he decided to send the parcel without my consent. Also, asked to pay twice for the same package. Worst customer service. Even the employees acknowledge that this not the best Fedex location. They are always understaffed.
