I told them within the hour they delivered my package to the wrong address. Told them it was a sugar level testing kit and extremely important. It took me two and a half days later to get back with them to hear them say, make a claim with the company that shipped it. I asked them why didn't they let me know, why did I have to call you back...they had no answer.
Full service FedEx and copy center. Gal who helped us was very good, and very friendly and upbeat
