There are signs everywhere that say do not open the gate do not throw packages over the fence beware of dog, and yet the delivery people still don't comprehend and cannot read they had open my gate and let my golden retriever out. And this is the second time the first time they had thrown pills over my fence and the dogs ingested them I had to pay $1,500 to get my dog's stomach pumped. Like others reported, Google says this opens at 8:00 a.m., and there's even a FedEx official sign on the window as you go walk in that says accepting packages starting at 8:00 a.m., but when you talk to the people they say it doesn't open till 9:00. A lady decided to try to help me at 8:30 a.m., but then she couldn't get my package to scan and decided to just write down my phone number, take my package, and try again later which I reluctantly tried. I hope my package doesn't get lost.
Google and signs all over the store say FedEx opens at 8:00a.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m. However I guess the workers there just decided to do whatever the they want and open FedEx at 9:30am. Looking at other reviews it seems this is a consistent issue. Rude and incompetent. No wonder they have a 2.9 star rating. And they make me feel like I'm in the wrong.
Ridiculous!! The only window that has FedEx is closed and they don’t know what they are doing. This store is incompetent, dirty, and smells. Go to smiths
