Came to ship a package with FedEx and was denied. The woman working told me “they can’t accept anything dangerous” but I told her it was a laptop stand, made of metal parts. She pointed on the list of goods they don’t accept and the list contains flammable/poisonous good and similar. I told her my laptop stand is not dangerous and she still said “we can’t take it”.
It was terrible. Employee didn’t know how to do a prepaid label. I was left to phone FedEx and have them walk me through the process. Took almost two hours to complete the task.
