Polite, professional and respectful. My experience was just like seeing one of my friends. They took care of everything while we talked and the rep was very friendly. He made my day. It's so nice when you can interact with people in customer service positions and feel like they are really nice people.
FedEx should employ there own representatives at drop off locations instead of expecting a walgreens employee to handle your package as a 3rd party.
The person was very helpful. I went their to ship a parcel. He did it superfast. Liked it.
