Unacceptable service. They really need to get delivery drivers that want to knock on your door and deliver your package. If a signature is required, you won't get it if you don't knock.

I have had their delivery guy come to my home 3 times and each time he doesn't leave packages that do not require a signature. Just now, he didn't even knock on the door, he showed up and simply put a slip on my door as if I wasn't home to accept the delivery. I have been home all morning, and he could have left my packages, he has decided not to deliver my packages on his own accord. The laziness of their delivery drivers is amazing. Walked in to drop off a package and the lady working was busy with the printers. No greeting, no acknowledgment — I waited over 10 minutes just to hand off a package. When she finally came over, she scanned it without a word and walked off. I asked for a receipt and got a quick, “It’ll be on your phone, we don’t do that here.” Not the kind of customer service I’d expect, even for a quick drop-off. ★★☆☆☆
