Walked in to drop off a package and the lady working was busy with the printers. No greeting, no acknowledgment — I waited over 10 minutes just to hand off a package. When she finally came over, she scanned it without a word and walked off. I asked for a receipt and got a quick, “It’ll be on your phone, we don’t do that here.” Not the kind of customer service I’d expect, even for a quick drop-off. ★★☆☆☆

I had to stop by to drop off a package that needed to be returned. The staff was very friendly and got me in and out in no time. I would recommend this location for sure.
