Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The staff was great and the area was clean.
They can't even print out a label for you if you show them your return shipping label on your phone they are completely helpless to do anything for you they need some kind of QR code so just don't bother and go to the UPS Store. Go to the UPS Store you can email them a picture of your return label they take your $3 and print you out a return label they still can't take your FedEx package and you have to go back to FedEx to drop off your return. Seems like a losing business strategy from FedEx big surprise
