Seriously they can’t print from an email. Ridiculous
Never drop-off your packages at this place. They have no idea what they do and they don’t have responsibility with your packages.Although that is overnight priority and very important , they hold that without delivery. I have to went back to get back my stuff to go the other place.
Dropped a very important overnight package on a Friday morning. Tracking# said it was still at thier store by a Tuesday night. Called the location and described the package in detail and they said it wasn't there. They questioned if I had even dropped it there and suggested another location even though the tracking showed it at their location. I went back down to the store and saw it sitting on a bottom shelf haphazardly from the counter. They seemed indifferent and unapologetic.
