Your manager Anthony Valenzuela needs a training on Customer Service. Very rude approach. I was only doing a favor to drop off a package and waiting patiently without even acknowledging me. Not even to say I will be right with you. Some managers need a reminder on customer service.
They do not go by hours online. Hours change all the time. Wasted time and gas cause it says they're open but theres a written paper saying they close at 5:30. Thats not even enough t I me for people who have jobs. Ridiculous.
