Not recommended for Fedex dropoff. Dropped a package off on Monday. Four business days later, Fedex tracking only shows label being created, not accepted for delivery. I call Fedex to ask. They tell me this location doesn't accept Fedex Ground deliveries and that I must pick it up then drop it off elsewhere. I go back to pick it up and the person at this location tells me it's already been scanned and that it's awaiting pickup by Fedex. He says pickup by Fedex is 2 days after dropoff. Too Slow FedFx Services, One day Delivery takes more than 2 weeks
Very bad customer service, they doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. The FedEx drivers are too rude and they doesn’t even call you to deliver the package even when I’m in the house.
