bad customer service,
Had ordered a Lift up bed frame. They only did try to deliver only once! They left note they its the final time!! I had to drive 45 minutes during snow storm to pick it up! Unacceptable!!
They offer expedited shipping but can never honour it. You’re better off paying for standard shipping as they’re just going to move your package from expedited to standard anyways. Waste of money
They left the piece of paper saying i missed them when I’ve been waiting all day since it gave a notification that my package is on the way to delivery then 1 minute later it gives a notification saying that I missed them, I check my door and theres the tag. after a day I go to the pick up location and the lady told me its not even on their building yet and its still out for delivery. Ridiculous
