Drop-off is inside the Walgreens store at the photo counter. They had to call a customer service rep to the counter to operate the kiosk. Make sure your package is ready to ship as it's a drop-off only location. Similar to using a drop box outside, but you have confirmation immediately that it's received. They were able to text me a receipt and no paper wasted. Nice and easy 👍
