Super frustrating that it is not clearly stated on its Maps info that this is strickly a drop-off. Upon finding this information out, I asked the worker if I could just create a label using the app to be able to ship my documents on time and was told I could not. Come to find out you CAN use the app to create a shipping label. Come prepared with a label in hand.
Took a whole week before FedEx actually got the package.
5 star service. They helped me ship a very large and heavy package. Sheri was amazing.
