My package was shipped on the 15th, there have been no updates since the 19th. It is now the 23rd. The, so called, Customer Service line is useless. Unable to call the local site as it's the same number.
Terrible customer service. The older lady that works there is very rude and not willing to help at all. I just wanted to make sure I was in the right place, but she lost her patience when I kindly asked her if she could help me find the right location.
Just what I needed to get my business done... excellent & knowledgeable service.
Very nice people and great customer service. I will keep going there. Thanks guys‼️🙏
