The employees that work at FedEx are very unhelpful and cannot answer basic questions about packages. My package was picked up by someone else (stolen) and they can't help me out at all. Can't even tell me if they received it or not. When my email notices say it was picked up from them. Do not use this store!
This is regarding my pickup confirmation number PRP2636152750. I clearly provided my correct pickup address multiple times, and your staff confirmed it. I even gave them a high rating for their service. But the next day, I received a call saying the pickup failed because the address was wrong in your system. This mistake caused shipment delays, and worse — the person who called me was extremely arrogant, offered no apology, and blamed me instead. This is completely unacceptable.
