The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. It was later in the evening and the FedEx driver waited to take my package which had medical supplies for a family member in a NYC hospital. We were grateful for all the staff in their assistance in such a prompt way.

I didn't actually go inside; I was looking for the actual FedEx facility (with uniformed FedEx employees and rows of FedEx trucks out back), but Google Maps makes it impossible to distinguish beyond FedEx facilities and retail establishments like this Walgreens that accept FedEx packages as a side hustle.
