A Fedex dropoff that does not have packing tape. But the rather disgruntled lady at the Safeway customer service will point you at her Scotchtape dispenser. Avoid.
Staff were so on top of things, made drop process super quick easy.

The FedEx service is inside the Safeway. Go to the customer service area (near the express lanes). You'll see a sign for Western Union there as well. Tell them you have a package and should be good to go.
