Prompt and courteous service. The only thing I would like to add is that the location in Round Rock could use a ramp on the sidewalk. It was incredibly difficult to get my flat bed dolly up and over the curb.
Tried to drop off a big heavy package today. Well within the acceptance size and weight listed on website. They just refused it without even trying or any measurement!
