It was fast, there was no line, and my three packages made it to their destination. Warning: They do not provide receipts or proof that you mailed your packages (I did a drop off with pre-labeled boxes), but they are clear about this and tell you upfront, so keep a picture of your tracking number (just capture the entire label).
Very bad customer service at this place. The lady at the front desk saw us that we are waiting but still she is not ready to help. Very bad service.
