They didn’t want to receive my Fedex package because apparently it was too heavy, which it wasn’t true. Anything but helpful staff.

I would give no star if I could. I dropped off my old Samsung phone to send back to Samsung for trade in and someone stole my package, causing me to pay full price for the new phone.
Excellent service! The staff work really hard and are efficient & knowledgeable. I hope they’re paid well because this is the only site open 7 days/week near downtown Philly.
